Tide

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 July 2026

These terms govern your use of Tide, a calendar client for Google Calendar available at tide.naklitechie.com. By connecting a Google account and using Tide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

1. What Tide is

Tide is a free, independent tool that displays and edits your Google Calendar. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google's own terms.

2. Your account and responsibilities

3. Data

How Tide handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: your calendar data and sign-in tokens stay in your browser; only your notes and preferences are stored, scoped to your account.

4. Availability and changes

Tide is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Features may be added or removed.

5. No warranty

Tide is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. Always treat Google Calendar itself as the source of truth for your schedule.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Tide is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, events, or scheduling, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Tide at any time and revoke its access from your Google Account permissions page. We may suspend or end access to the service, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
